Our Quality Assurance services span the entire duration of the manufacturing process – from the initial factory audit before the arrival of raw materials, to the shipment of completed modules, inverters, racking, balance of plant components, and battery storage systems to the client.

  • Program Definition

    Documentation of supplier, production, and product specifications:

    • Establish specific goals and objectives
    • Determine scope, schedule and budget
  • Factory Audit

    Prior to the beginning of production, CEA performs an on-site audit of each factory location identified in the Program Definition.

    • Facility certifications audit
    • Management and employee training audit

  • Inline Production Monitoring

    Comprehensive monitoring of all production processes, workshops, and lines used in the Lot production:

    • Incoming materials quality control and inspection

    • Packaging and warehousing inspections
  • Pre-shipment Inspection

    Inspection of each piece in the Sample to ensure conformance with product specifications:

    • Rejection protocols
  • Container Loading Monitoring

    Confirmation that the boxes/pallets of products are being loaded into the shipping container and that they come exclusively exclusively from inspected and approved Lots
